Microsoft 365 Integration

Connect Microsoft 365 to Revelry Ai to work with your Microsoft services directly through chat. The integration connects to Agent 365 MCP servers via OAuth, so once connected the AI can query and act on your Microsoft 365 data live in conversations using MCP tools.

What You Can Do​

With the Microsoft 365 integration, the AI can access:

  • Outlook Mail — Search and read email
  • Calendar — Look up events and availability
  • Word — Work with document content
  • Excel — Work with spreadsheet data
  • SharePoint / OneDrive — Find and retrieve files and documents

Tools are provided by the Agent 365 MCP servers and scoped to the access you grant during authorization.

How It Works​

Once connected, Microsoft 365 tools become available as MCP tools in chat. You can:

  1. Start a chat conversation
  2. Enable Microsoft 365 via the Chat Tools menu (under Integrations)
  3. Ask the AI to search, retrieve, or work with your Microsoft 365 data
  4. The AI uses MCP tools to interact with your Microsoft services and bring results into the conversation

Requirements​

This integration requires Microsoft 365 Copilot licensing and Frontier Program enrollment. Your organization admin also provides Microsoft Entra app registration credentials and a Power Platform Environment ID when setting up the connection.

Connecting Microsoft 365​

Microsoft 365 is an organization-level integration. An admin connects it once, then individual users authorize with their own Microsoft account.

  1. Go to the Integrations page (under My Organization in your account menu at the bottom of the left navigation)
  2. Switch to the Shared tab (Microsoft 365 is an organization-level integration)
  3. Find Microsoft 365 and click Connect
  4. Provide your Microsoft Entra app registration credentials (Client ID and Client Secret) and Power Platform Environment ID
  5. Complete the OAuth flow to authorize the connection

Once the organization connection is in place, each user connects their own Microsoft account via OAuth so tool access respects individual permissions.
