When you register for an Account, we may collect the following personally identifiable information:
- Name
- Email address
- Username and password (passwords are stored in encrypted/hashed form)
- Profile information you choose to provide
Billing Information
When you purchase Credits, billing information is collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe. This may include your name, billing address, and payment method details (e.g., credit card or debit card number, expiration date). We do not receive your full payment card details on our servers. Stripe handles payment card data in accordance with PCI-DSS requirements. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy for more information.
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when you use the Services. Usage Data may include:
- Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)
- Browser type, OS and version
- The pages and features of the Services that you visit or use
- The time and date of your visit
- The time spent on pages or using features
- Unique device identifiers
- Referring/exit URLs
- Other diagnostic data
When you access the Services through a mobile device, we may automatically collect information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, and other diagnostic data.
Content Data
When you use the AI features of the Services, we collect and process your Input and Output (collectively, "Content"). Content Data is governed by the dedicated AI Data Handling section below.
Organization and Team Information
If your Account is part of an Organization (including partner-branded deployments), we collect information about your Organization membership, role, and permissions. Organization administrators may have visibility into account activity and usage within their Organization.
4. AI Data Handling — Input and Output
This section explains how we handle data in connection with the AI features of the Services.
What Input and Output Are
- Input is the content you provide to the AI features of the Services, including prompts, messages, uploaded documents, files, content retrieved from services you have connected, and any other data you submit through conversations, API calls, or other platform features.
- Output is the content generated by third-party AI models in response to your Input and delivered to you through the Services.
How Input Is Processed
When you use the AI features of the Services, your Input is transmitted to one or more third-party large language model providers ("AI Providers") to generate Output. The Services function as an AI orchestration platform — we act as an intermediary between you and the AI Providers. We do not operate our own AI models.
Current AI Providers include: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Groq, Mistral, SpaceXAI (Grok), and Azure Foundry Models (Microsoft). We may add, remove, or change AI Providers at any time.
No Training on Your Data
Revelry Ai does not use your Input or Output to train, fine-tune, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
We access AI Providers through enterprise and API agreements that generally prohibit those providers from using data submitted via their APIs to train their general-purpose models. We rely on these contractual commitments to protect your data.
However, AI Providers are independent entities, and we cannot independently verify or guarantee their compliance with their own terms and policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies and terms of service of the AI Providers if you have concerns about how your data may be processed:
- OpenAI Privacy Policy
- Anthropic Privacy Policy
- Google AI Privacy
- Microsoft Privacy Statement
- Mistral AI Terms
Data Transmission to AI Providers
Your Input is transmitted to AI Providers as necessary to generate Output. This transmission may involve your data being processed on infrastructure operated by these AI Providers, which may be located in various jurisdictions (see International Data Transfers).
We take commercially reasonable measures to protect your data in transit, including the use of encryption. However, once your Input is received by an AI Provider, it is subject to that provider's own security practices and infrastructure.
Retention of Input and Output
We retain your Input and Output history associated with your Account to provide the Services — for example, to maintain your conversation history, document processing results, and project artifacts.
- While your Account is active: Input and Output are retained and accessible to you through the Services.
- Data export: You may request an export of your Content data at any time (see Data Export and Portability).
- Account termination: Upon termination of your Account, Input and Output are retained for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations and are then deleted in accordance with our Data Retention practices.
Sensitive Data Warning
You should not provide Input that contains sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, protected health information, financial account numbers, or other data you are prohibited from sharing under applicable law) unless such use is expressly authorized by a separate written agreement with us. The Services are not designed or intended to process regulated data categories such as those covered by HIPAA or GLBA.
5. Connected Services and Integrations
You can connect third-party accounts to the Services — for example Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Jira, or HubSpot.
- What we access. We retrieve data from a connected service only when you ask us to, and only with the permissions you grant on that provider's consent screen. For Google Workspace, that can include Drive files, Gmail messages, calendar events, and documents you ask the AI to work with.
- Credentials. We store OAuth tokens encrypted at rest. We never see or store your password for the connected service.
- How it is used. Retrieved content is used only to provide the feature you invoked. Like other Input, it may be sent to our AI Providers to generate Output, under the same no-training terms in Section 4.
- Where it lives. Content pulled into chats, artifacts, or documents stays there and follows your Organization's sharing and administrator-visibility rules, like any other Content.
- Disconnecting. Disconnecting a service revokes our access and deletes the stored tokens. It does not delete content already saved in Revelry Ai; remove that through the normal deletion paths.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Revelry Ai's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the features you request. It is never used to train AI models, never sold, and never transferred to third parties except as needed to provide those features (including to our AI Providers under agreements that prohibit training on the data), for security, or to comply with law.
6. Analytics, Telemetry, and Usage Metrics
Analytics
We collect basic user analytics to understand how the Services are used and to improve the user experience. This includes information such as:
- Page views and navigation patterns
- Feature usage and actions taken within the Services
- General usage patterns and engagement metrics
Analytics data is collected in aggregate and is used for product improvement purposes. Analytics data is not used for training AI models.
Telemetry and Debugging
We collect telemetry data for the purpose of maintaining, debugging, and improving the Services. This includes:
- System performance metrics
- Error logs and error rates
- API response metadata (e.g., status codes, processing duration)
- General diagnostic information
- Request timestamps
Telemetry data includes technical details about your interactions with the Services but does not include the substance of your Input or Output. In other words, we log that a request was made and whether it succeeded or failed — not what you asked or what the AI responded.
Usage Metrics
We track usage metrics to manage account billing, enforce usage limits, and provide you with usage reporting. These metrics include:
- Credit consumption and balance
- Feature utilization
- Session activity and duration
Usage metrics are associated with your Account and are used to ensure the accurate functioning of the credits-based billing model.
7. How We Use Your Data
We may use your data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain the Services, including operating the AI orchestration platform, transmitting Input to AI Providers, delivering Output, and managing your Account.
- To manage your Account, including managing your registration, Credits balance, Organization membership, and access to Services features.
- To process payments, including processing Credit purchases through Stripe and maintaining billing records.
- To communicate with you, including contacting you by email or other electronic communication regarding account updates, service announcements, security alerts, and support responses.
- To provide customer support, including attending to and managing your requests and resolving issues.
- To improve the Services, including analyzing usage patterns, identifying trends, debugging issues, and enhancing functionality and user experience. This does not include training AI models on your Content.
- To enforce our terms, including monitoring for violations of our Terms and Conditions and taking appropriate action.
- To comply with legal obligations, including responding to lawful requests from public authorities and complying with applicable laws and regulations.
- For business transfers, including evaluating or conducting a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets.
- To provide marketing communications about products, services, and events we offer that may interest you, unless you have opted out of receiving such information.
- For security purposes, including detecting, preventing, and addressing fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues.
8. How We Share Your Data
We may share your personal information in the following situations:
With Large Language Model Providers
When you use the AI features of the Services, your Input is shared with third-party AI Providers to generate Output. Current AI Providers are listed Section 4.
With Our Payment Processor
Billing and payment information is shared with Stripe for the purpose of processing Credit purchases, managing payment methods, and preventing fraud. We do not store your full payment card details.
With Service Providers
We may share your personal information with Service Providers who assist us in operating, maintaining, and improving the Services — including hosting providers, analytics services, customer support tools, and infrastructure providers. Service Providers are contractually obligated to use your data only for the purposes for which it was shared.
With Organization Administrators
If your Account is part of an Organization (including partner-branded deployments), certain data may be accessible to your Organization's administrators. This may include your account information, usage activity, Content created within the Organization's context, and Credit consumption. The Organization's administrator controls access and permissions within their Organization.
With Affiliates
We may share your information with our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include our parent company and any other subsidiaries, joint venture partners, or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us.
With Business Partners
We may share your information with our business partners to provide you with certain products, services, or features, including partner-specific integrations and functionality available through partner-branded deployments.
For Business Transfers
We may share or transfer your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
With Other Users
When you share personal information or otherwise interact in shared or public areas within the Services (such as shared projects or published artifacts), such information may be viewed by other users with appropriate access.
For Law Enforcement and Legal Requirements
We may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency). We may also disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
- Comply with a legal obligation
- Protect and defend the rights or property of the Company
- Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Services
- Protect the personal safety of users of the Services or the public
- Protect against legal liability
With Your Consent
We may disclose your personal information for any other purpose with your consent.
9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on the Services and store certain information. Tracking technologies used may include beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze the Services.
What Are Cookies
A cookie is a small file placed on your Device. You can instruct your browser to refuse all Cookies or to indicate when a Cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept Cookies, you may not be able to use some parts of the Services. Unless you have adjusted your browser settings to refuse Cookies, the Services may use Cookies.
Types of Cookies We Use
- Necessary / Essential Cookies. These Cookies are essential to provide you with features and services available through the Services and to enable you to use some of its features. They help authenticate users and prevent fraudulent use of user accounts. Without these Cookies, the services you have requested cannot be provided, and we only use these Cookies to provide you with those services.
Session vs. Persistent Cookies
- Session Cookies are deleted as soon as you close your web browser.
- Persistent Cookies remain on your personal computer or mobile device when you go offline and expire after a set period or when you manually delete them.
Web Beacons
Certain sections of the Services and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related statistics (for example, recording the popularity of a certain section and verifying system and server integrity).
10. Data Retention
We retain different categories of data for different periods, depending on the purpose for which the data was collected and our legal obligations:
Personal Data (Account Information)
We retain your Personal Data for as long as your Account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you request deletion of your Account, we will delete or anonymize your Personal Data within a commercially reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.
Content Data (Input and Output)
Input and Output are retained while your Account is active and are accessible to you through the Services. You may request an export of your Content data at any time. Upon termination of your Account, Content data is retained for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations (including any applicable litigation holds) and is then deleted.
Usage Data and Telemetry
Usage Data and telemetry are generally retained for a shorter period for analysis purposes, unless the data is needed to strengthen the security of the Services, improve functionality, or we are legally obligated to retain it for longer periods.
Billing Data
Billing records and transaction history are retained as required by applicable tax, financial, and accounting regulations. This may extend beyond the period of your active Account.
Organization Data
For users in Organizations, certain data (including Content created within the Organization's context) may be retained by the Organization and subject to the Organization administrator's policies, even after an individual user leaves the Organization.
Connected-service data
OAuth credentials are deleted when you disconnect the service. Content already retrieved into chats, artifacts, or documents follows the Content Data retention rules above.
11. Data Export and Portability

When you use the AI features of the Services, your Input may also be processed by AI Providers on infrastructure located in various jurisdictions. The data protection laws in these jurisdictions may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy, followed by your submission of such information, represents your agreement to these transfers. The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place, including the security of your data and other personal information.
13. Security

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. If your Account is part of an Organization or partner-branded deployment, your Organization's administrator may also have rights over your Account data, including the ability to access, modify, or delete data associated with your Account within the Organization's context. Your Organization may have its own privacy policies that apply in addition to this Privacy Policy. Please contact your Organization administrator for more information.

If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us at support@revelry.ai.
