Getting started

Revelry Ai is an AI orchestration platform for creating content through Chat, Skills, Agents, Workflows, and the API. In a chat, the AI calls tools to gather information, then writes artifacts from what it finds.

Visit app.revelry.ai and sign in with a link sent to your email, or with a password if you've set one. Other sign-in options are available depending on your setup.

New to Revelry Ai? Signing up creates your organization and a first project, then asks you to name your organization.

See Authentication for details on all sign-in methods.

If you forget your password, sign in with an email link, then change it in Account Settings under Change Password.

Finding your way around

Everything is reached from the navigation on the left:

  • Projects: your list of projects. Pick one to work in.
  • Chat: start a new conversation.
  • Chat History: your past chats, grouped by Today, This Week, and Older Chats, with search by title. It appears after your first chat.
  • Tools: Agents, Skills, and Workflows, as tabs across the top of the page.
  • Knowledge: Documents, Collections, and Sources, as tabs across the top of the page.

Your name sits at the bottom of the navigation. Click your name to open your Profile, where the My Account and My Organization sections lead to Account Settings and to pages such as Members, Groups, Integrations, Categories, and Artifact Types.

Some entries only appear if your role or your organization's settings allow them, so your navigation may be shorter than the list above.

Your first steps

Step 1: Start a chat conversation

Chat is the main way to use Revelry Ai. Use it to explore ideas, gather information, and create content.

  1. Click Projects in the left navigation and pick a project (everything in Revelry Ai happens within a project)
  2. Click Chat in the left navigation
  3. Start typing. Ask questions, describe what you need, or explore ideas

Example prompts:

  • "Help me create a product roadmap for next quarter"
  • "Analyze the PRD in Knowledge and suggest user stories"
  • "What are the key themes in our GitHub issues from last month?"

The AI uses tools to gather information and answer. Keep refining in the same chat until the result is right. Knowledge is off by default, so turn on Knowledge in Chat Tools to use it.

Step 2: Create artifacts

As you chat, the AI can create artifacts with its tools. Ask for what you need and it creates the artifact.

You can also manually save a specific chat message as an artifact:

  1. Click the Save as artifact icon on the message you want to keep
  2. Optionally pick an Artifact Type, or click Change to pick a category
  3. Click Save Artifact

Step 3: Try an Agent

An Agent is a preconfigured AI assistant (a persona, instructions, and a curated set of Skills) that your organization sets up so a chat starts already tailored for a specific job, like a "Proposal Writer" or "Support Triage" agent.

On a new chat, featured Agents are suggested beneath the chat input. Pick one to chat with, or browse all Agents from Tools > Agents. If the Agent has recommended prompts, click one to fill in the chat box, then edit it or send it.

Enrich your workspace

Add documents to Knowledge

Upload files on the Documents tab in Knowledge, or connect a source such as GitHub. See Documents and Data sources.

Organize with Collections

A collection groups documents so a chat searches only those. See Collections.

Write a project overview

Add a Project Overview in a project's settings to give every chat in that project the same background. See Projects.

Invite your organization

Invite teammates so they can work in your projects:

  1. Click your name, then Members under My Organization
  2. Click + (Invite New Members)
  3. Enter one email address and choose an Organization Role (Admin, Member - Full Access, or Restricted - Group Access). The form starts on Restricted - Group Access, so a new member sees only the projects shared with their groups unless you pick another role.
  4. Click Invite Organization Member. The person gets an invitation email.

Use Groups to control which projects, categories, documents, and data sources members can access.

Organization Details

Organization Details are labeled facts about your organization, like your address, key contacts, or standard terms. Organization Admins manage them under Organization Details in the My Organization section. See MCP Tools: Organization Detail Tools.
