Terms of Service
Last updated: September, 2026
AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
We are ProdOps, Inc. (d.b.a. Revelry Ai) ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Louisiana, United States, at 3014 Dauphine St, Suite A #88689, New Orleans, LA 70117.
We operate the website https://app.revelry.ai (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").
The Services provide an AI orchestration platform that enables users to interact with large language models provided by third-party large language model providers. The Services act as an intermediary between users and these third-party models, and do not themselves constitute a large language model or large language model provider.
You can contact us by phone at (US)(504) 535-5227, email at support@revelry.ai, or by mail to 3014 Dauphine St, Suite A #88689, New Orleans, LA 70117, United States.
These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Prodops, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
The modified Legal Terms will become effective upon posting or notifying you by support@revelry.ai, as stated in the email message. By continuing to use the Services after the effective date of any changes, you agree to be bound by the modified terms.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.
These Legal Terms govern your use of the Services as an individual or business consumer. If you are an enterprise customer using our white-label solutions, separate enterprise terms may apply, and in the event of a conflict between these Legal Terms and an applicable enterprise agreement, those enterprise terms will prevail.
We recommend that you print a copy of these Legal Terms for your records.

1. OUR SERVICES
The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
The Services are not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), etc.), so if your interactions would be subjected to such laws, you may not use the Services. You may not use the Services in a way that would violate the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Our intellectual property
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the "Platform Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks"). For the avoidance of doubt, "Platform Content" refers to content owned by or licensed to the Company that forms part of the Services themselves, and does not include user Input or Output (as defined in Section 8).
Our Platform Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws (and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws) and treaties in the United States and around the world.
The Platform Content and Marks are provided in or through the Services "AS IS" for your personal, non-commercial use or internal business purpose only.
Your use of our Services
Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, including the "PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES" section below, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- access the Services; and
- download or print a copy of any portion of the Platform Content to which you have properly gained access,
solely for your personal, non-commercial use or internal business purpose.
Except as set out in this section or elsewhere in our Legal Terms, no part of the Services and no Platform Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.
If you wish to make any use of the Services, Platform Content, or Marks other than as set out in this section or elsewhere in our Legal Terms, please address your request to: support@revelry.ai. If we ever grant you the permission to post, reproduce, or publicly display any part of our Services or Platform Content, you must identify us as the owners or licensors of the Services, Platform Content, or Marks and ensure that any copyright or proprietary notice appears or is visible on posting, reproducing, or displaying our Platform Content.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Services, Platform Content, and Marks.
Any breach of these Intellectual Property Rights will constitute a material breach of our Legal Terms and your right to use our Services will terminate immediately.
Your submissions
Please review this section and the "CONTENT — INPUT AND OUTPUT" and "PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES" sections carefully prior to using our Services to understand the (a) rights you give us and (b) obligations you have when you provide content through the Services.
Submissions: By directly sending us any question, comment, suggestion, idea, feedback, or other information about the Services outside of the ordinary use of the AI features — such as support requests, product feedback, feature suggestions, or other communications directed to the Company (collectively, "Submissions") — you agree to assign to us all intellectual property rights in such Submission. You agree that we shall own this Submission and be entitled to its unrestricted use and dissemination for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you. For the avoidance of doubt, Submissions do not include Input or Output (as defined in Section 8), which are governed by the "CONTENT — INPUT AND OUTPUT" section below.
You are responsible for what you submit: By sending us Submissions through any part of the Services, you:
- confirm that you have read and agree with our "PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES" and will not send, publish, upload, or transmit through the Services any Submission that is illegal, harassing, hateful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, bullying, abusive, discriminatory, threatening to any person or group, sexually explicit, false, inaccurate, deceitful, or misleading;
- to the extent permissible by applicable law, waive any and all moral rights to any such Submission;
- warrant that any such Submissions are original to you or that you have the necessary rights and licenses to submit such Submissions and that you have full authority to grant us the above-mentioned rights in relation to your Submissions; and
- warrant and represent that your Submissions do not constitute confidential information.
You are solely responsible for your Submissions and you expressly agree to reimburse us for any and all losses that we may suffer because of your breach of (a) this section, (b) any third party's intellectual property rights, or (c) applicable law.
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Legal Terms; (4) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (5) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means except as expressly permitted by the Services or authorized by us (such as through our APIs, approved integrations, or other features of the Services designed for programmatic or automated access); (6) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (7) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services (or any portion thereof).
4. USER REGISTRATION
You may be required to register to use the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
The Services operate on a credits-based model. You may purchase credits ("Credits") through the Services, which are consumed by AI usage and system actions within the platform. Credits are the unit of value used to access AI-powered features and platform functionality. The credit cost of specific actions may vary and is detailed in our pricing documentation or within the Services.
Payment Processing
All payments for Credits are processed through Stripe. You may pay via credit card, debit card, or other payment methods supported by Stripe. By purchasing Credits, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and authorize us to charge your selected payment method through Stripe for the applicable amount.
Billing Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information for all Credit purchases made via the Services. You further agree to promptly update your account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Pricing and Taxes
All Credit purchases shall be in US dollars. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change Credit pricing at any time; any changes to pricing will be communicated to you in accordance with applicable law and will apply to future Credit purchases only.
Credit Cost of Actions
The credit cost associated with AI usage and system actions within the Services may be adjusted from time to time at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to credit costs through the Services or via email. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated credit costs.
Non-Refundable
Credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Unused Credits do not expire while your account remains active and in good standing. Upon termination of your account (whether by you or by us), any remaining unused Credits are forfeited and no refund will be issued, except where required by applicable law.
Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse any Credit purchase placed through the Services. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantity of Credits purchased per person, per organization, or per order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
6. CREDITS AND USAGE
Credit & Subscriptions Model
The Services are offered through a combination of subscription plans and a credits-based model. You purchase Credits as described in Section 5, and those Credits are consumed as you use AI features and system actions within the Services.
We offer the following access tiers:
- Credits-Only Tier: A pay-as-you-go tier with a limited feature set and no recurring subscription fee. You purchase Credits as needed to access available features.
- Subscription Tiers: Include a monthly subscription fee in addition to Credit usage for AI features and platform functionality.
- Enterprise Tier (Bring Your Own Keys): A subscription tier designed for enterprise customers that allows use of the Services with your own API keys.
Depending on your tier, charges may occur as one-time Credit purchases, recurring monthly subscription fees, or both. An automatic recurring charge will also apply if you opt in to an auto-replenishment feature, where available. Details regarding the specific features, pricing, and limitations of each tier are available in our pricing documentation or within the Services.
Credit Consumption
Different actions within the Services may consume different amounts of Credits. Credit costs for specific actions (such as AI model queries, document processing, system actions, and other platform features) are detailed in our pricing documentation or displayed within the Services. We reserve the right to modify the credit cost of actions at any time, with reasonable notice provided through the Services or via email.
Trial Credits
We may offer trial credits to new users or organizations for evaluation purposes. The amount, duration, allocation method (e.g., per day, per organization, or otherwise), and other terms of trial credits may vary and are subject to change at our sole discretion. Trial credits may be limited, restricted, or revoked at any time without prior notice. Once trial credits are exhausted or expire, continued use of the Services requires purchasing additional Credits.
Enterprise Solutions
We offer white-label enterprise solutions for enterprise customers. Enterprise deployments may be governed by separate enterprise agreements with different terms, pricing, credit allocations, and service levels. In the event of a conflict between these Legal Terms and an applicable enterprise agreement, the enterprise agreement shall prevail for that customer.
Fee Changes
We may, from time to time, make changes to Credit pricing and the credit cost of actions within the Services. We will communicate any material pricing changes to you in accordance with applicable law.
Account Closure and Cancellation
You may close your account at any time by contacting us or through the account settings within the Services. Purchased Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. These Legal Terms do not override any mandatory local laws regarding your cancellation or refund rights. If you have any questions or are unsatisfied with our Services, please email us at support@revelry.ai.
7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

- Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Services and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise.
- Sell or otherwise transfer your profile.
Additionally, in connection with AI-generated content and the use of AI features within the Services, you agree not to:
- Represent, imply, or otherwise suggest that Output generated by the Services was created by a human when it was not, including in contexts where such misrepresentation could mislead others or violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party policies.
- Attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or discover system prompts, custom instructions, model configurations, or other proprietary platform configurations used by the Services or by other users of the Services.

- Use the Services in a manner that violates the acceptable use policies, terms of service, or usage policies of the third-party large language model providers utilized by the Services (including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, Google Gemini, Azure Foundry Models, and Mistral). You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with and complying with such policies.
8. CONTENT — INPUT AND OUTPUT
Definitions
As used in these Legal Terms:
- "Input" means any content, data, files, documents, prompts, messages, or other materials that you provide, upload, or transmit to the Services, including through conversations with AI models, API calls, connected third-party services, or any other feature of the Services.
- "Output" means any content generated by the Services — including, by AI models accessed through the Services — in response to or based on your Input.
- "Content" means Input and Output, collectively.
Ownership of Input
You retain all ownership rights in your Input. Nothing in these Legal Terms transfers ownership of your Input to us. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions necessary to provide your Input to the Services and to grant the licenses described in this section.
Ownership of Output
Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we hereby assign to you all of our right, title, and interest — if any — in and to the Output generated from your Input. As between you and us, you own the Output.
Similarity of Output
Due to the nature of artificial intelligence, Output is generated by third-party AI models and is not unique to you. Other users may provide similar or identical Input and receive similar or identical Output. The assignment and ownership provisions in this section do not guarantee exclusivity, and we do not represent that any Output is unique, non-infringing, or protectable under intellectual property laws.
License to Revelry Ai
By providing Input to the Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, transmit, and process your Input and Output solely for the following purposes:
- operating, providing, and maintaining the Services, including transmitting your Input to third-party large language model providers and delivering Output back to you;
- enforcing these Legal Terms and applicable law;
- maintaining the security and integrity of the Services; and
- improving the technical performance and functionality of the Services (such as debugging, infrastructure optimization, and feature development).
This license does not grant us the right to use your Input or Output for training or fine-tuning AI models, for sale or commercial distribution of your Content to third parties, or for any purpose unrelated to the operation and improvement of the Services.
No Training on User Data
Revelry Ai does not use your Input or Output to train, fine-tune, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning models. The Services function as an orchestration platform that transmits your Input to third-party large language model providers solely for the purpose of generating Output and returning it to you. We rely on our enterprise and API agreements with third-party large language model providers, which generally prohibit those providers from using data submitted via their APIs to train their models. However, third-party providers are independent entities, and we cannot guarantee their compliance with their own terms. Please refer to Section 9 ("Third-Party Large Language Model Providers") for additional information.
Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for your Input and for your use of any Output, including:
- ensuring that your Input does not violate these Legal Terms, any applicable law, or the rights of any third party;
- evaluating the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of Output before relying on, sharing, or distributing it (see Section 11, "AI Output Accuracy");
- ensuring that your use of Output complies with all applicable laws and regulations; and
- not providing Input that contains sensitive personal information, protected health information, or other data that you are prohibited from sharing under applicable law, unless such use is expressly authorized by a separate written agreement with us.
Content Moderation
Although we have no obligation to monitor Content, we reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any Content at any time without notice if, in our reasonable opinion, such Content is harmful, violates these Legal Terms, or is otherwise objectionable. If we remove or restrict Content, we may also suspend or disable your account and report you to the authorities if warranted.
9. THIRD-PARTY LARGE LANGUAGE MODEL PROVIDERS
Use of Third-Party AI Models
The Services utilize third-party large language model providers ("AI Providers") to generate Output. As of the date of these Legal Terms, our AI Providers include OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, Google Gemini, Azure Foundry Models (Microsoft), and Mistral. We may add, remove, or change AI Providers at any time without prior notice to you.
Transmission of Input
When you use the Services, your Input is transmitted to one or more AI Providers as necessary to generate Output. By using the Services, you acknowledge and consent to this transmission. We take commercially reasonable measures to protect your data in transit and in our systems, but you understand that the processing of Input by AI Providers is subject to those providers' own infrastructure, security practices, and terms.
Third-Party Terms and Acceptable Use
AI Providers are subject to their own terms of service, privacy policies, and acceptable use policies. By using the Services, you agree to comply with the acceptable use policies of the underlying AI Providers to the extent applicable to your use of the Services. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if your use violates an AI Provider's acceptable use policy. We will make reasonable efforts to provide information about applicable AI Provider policies upon request.
Limitations of Third-Party AI Models
We do not control and are not responsible for:
- the availability, uptime, or performance of any AI Provider or its models;
- the accuracy, completeness, reliability, legality, or appropriateness of any Output generated by AI Provider models;
- any changes to the capabilities, features, pricing, or availability of AI Provider models; or
- any actions or omissions of AI Providers, including changes to their terms of service or data handling practices.
No Training by Providers (API Terms)
We access AI Provider models through enterprise and API agreements that generally prohibit the AI Providers from using data submitted via their APIs to train or improve their general-purpose models. We rely on these contractual commitments, but we cannot independently verify or guarantee the compliance of AI Providers with their own terms and policies. We encourage you to review the applicable AI Provider terms if you have concerns about how your data may be processed.
Changes to AI Providers
AI Provider availability, model capabilities, and features may change at any time. We are not liable for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of any AI Provider's models or services, including any resulting impact on the availability, functionality, or quality of the Services or Output.
10. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS AND CONNECTED ACCOUNTS
You may connect third-party accounts to the Services (for example Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Jira, or HubSpot).
- You represent that you have the right to connect those accounts and that your use complies with the third party's terms. For Google Workspace, that includes the Google Terms of Service and any policies your organization's Google administrator applies.
- We access connected services solely as your agent, at your direction, and within the scopes you grant.
- Integration availability depends on the third party. We may modify or discontinue an integration if the underlying service or its terms change.
Details on how we handle connected-service data are in our Privacy Policy.
11. AI OUTPUT ACCURACY
No Guarantee of Accuracy
Output generated through the Services is produced by AI models and may not always be accurate, complete, current, reliable, or free of errors. AI models may produce Output that appears plausible but is factually incorrect, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or biased. This is sometimes referred to as "hallucination" and is an inherent limitation of current AI technology.
Output Does Not Represent Our Views
Output is generated algorithmically by AI models and does not represent the views, opinions, endorsements, or recommendations of Revelry Ai, Prodops, or any of our officers, directors, employees, or agents. We do not review, verify, or endorse any Output before it is presented to you.
No Substitute for Professional Advice
Output is provided for informational and productivity purposes only. You must not rely on Output as a sole source of truth, as factual or legal authority, or as a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to legal, medical, financial, accounting, tax, construction, engineering, investment, or other professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for matters requiring specialized expertise.
User Responsibility to Verify
You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness, legality, and appropriateness of any Output before relying on, sharing, publishing, or distributing it. We strongly recommend that you apply human review and independent verification to all Output, particularly before using it in any consequential context.
High-Risk Decisions
You should not use Output as the sole or primary basis for making decisions that have significant consequences for individuals, including but not limited to decisions regarding credit, lending, employment, housing, insurance, education, criminal justice, immigration, healthcare, or legal rights. Any use of Output in such contexts must include independent verification, human review, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Third-Party References
If Output references or mentions third-party products, services, companies, or other entities, such references do not imply any endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship, or recommendation by us or by the referenced third party.
12. SERVICE ANALYTICS AND TELEMETRY
Analytics
We collect basic user analytics to understand how the Services are used and to improve the user experience. This includes information such as page views, feature usage, actions taken within the Services, and general usage patterns. Analytics data is collected in aggregate and is used for product improvement purposes. Analytics data is not used for training AI models.
Telemetry and Debugging
We collect telemetry data for the purpose of maintaining, debugging, and improving the Services. This includes system performance metrics, error logs, API response metadata, and general diagnostic information. Telemetry data may include technical details about your interactions with the Services (such as request timestamps, response status codes, and processing duration) but does not include the substance of your Input or Output. In other words, we log that a request was made and whether it succeeded or failed, not what you asked or what the AI responded.
Usage Metrics
We track usage metrics such as Credit consumption, feature utilization, and session activity to manage account billing, enforce usage limits, and provide you with usage reporting within the Services. These metrics are associated with your account and are used to ensure the accurate functioning of the credits-based billing model described in Sections 5 and 6.
Relationship to Privacy Policy
The analytics, telemetry, and usage metric practices described in this section are subject to and governed by our Privacy Policy. For more details on how we collect, use, store, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://help.revelry.ai/docs/privacy.
13. SERVICES MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Legal Terms, including without limitation, reporting such user to law enforcement authorities; (3) in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) any of your Content or any portion thereof; (4) in our sole discretion and without limitation, notice, or liability, to remove from the Services or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to our systems; and (5) otherwise manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Services.
14. PRIVACY POLICY
We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy: https://help.revelry.ai/docs/privacy. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms. Please be advised the Services are hosted in the United States. If you access the Services from any other region of the world with laws or other requirements governing personal data collection, use, or disclosure that differ from applicable laws in the United States, then through your continued use of the Services, you are transferring your data to the United States, and you expressly consent to have your data transferred to and processed in the United States.
15. TERM AND TERMINATION
These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE LEGAL TERMS OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION. WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR USE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SERVICES OR DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT AND ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION THAT YOU POSTED AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT WARNING, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.
If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party. In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
16. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Services. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.
We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Services, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Services at any time or for any reason without notice to you. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Services during any downtime or discontinuance of the Services. Nothing in these Legal Terms will be construed to obligate us to maintain and support the Services or to supply any corrections, updates, or releases in connection therewith.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us (collectively, the "Parties" and individually, a "Party") shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in Orleans, Louisiana, and the Parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such state and federal courts. Application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the Uniform Computer Information Transaction Act (UCITA) are excluded from these Legal Terms. In no event shall any claim, action, or proceeding brought by either Party related in any way to the Services be commenced more than one (1) years after the cause of action arose.
19. CORRECTIONS
There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.
20. DISCLAIMER
