Authentication

When you sign up for Revelry Ai, you provide your email address and Revelry Ai sends you a link to confirm your account. Clicking the link will confirm your account and sign in you for the first time. Once you have confirmed your account, you can sign in to Revelry Ai in the future via one of the following methods.

Sign in using a one-time link sent to your email. This is the default authentication method.

  1. Navigate to the login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click the Email me a sign-in link button
  4. Open the link from your email — it logs you in on whichever device you open it on

Password

If you prefer signing in via a password rather than using the other methods listed here, you may do so, however setting and using a password is entirely optional.

First, you need to set a password.

  1. Sign in via Magic Sign-In Link as described above (You will only need to do this once)
  2. Navigate to your Account Settings page
  3. Enter a new password
  4. Save your changes

Now that you have set a password, you can sign in with it.

  1. Navigate to the login page
  2. Click the Password button to switch to the Password login form
  3. Enter your email address and password and click Sign In

Forgot your password? Sign in via a Magic Sign-In Link and perform the steps above to set a new password to use in the future.

Enterprise SSO

For organizations that require Single Sign-On, Revelry Ai supports Enterprise SSO through WorkOS. This enables integration with your organization's identity provider (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, OneLogin).

Setup: Enterprise SSO is configured by your organization's admin. Contact your admin or Revelry Ai support to set up SSO for your organization.

Availability

Not all authentication methods are available by default. OAuth and SSO providers must be enabled by your organization's admin. If you don't see an expected sign-in option on the login page, contact your organization's admin to enable it.

API Authentication

For programmatic access, Revelry Ai uses API keys rather than user credentials. See Managing API Keys for details.

Reauthentication

When performing certain actions in Revelry Ai, you may be prompted to reauthenticate for security purposes. For example, viewing and editing your Account Settings page requires you have to logged in recently. If you are prompted to reauthenticate, you can follow the instructions above to login again via your preferred authentication method.
