HubSpot Integration

Connect your HubSpot account to Revelry Ai to interact with your CRM data directly through chat. HubSpot connects as an OAuth MCP server, so once connected the AI can query your CRM live during conversations using MCP tools — there's no import or sync into your Knowledge Base.

Prerequisites​

  • An active HubSpot account
  • Manage Integrations permission in Revelry Ai
  • The HubSpot integration must be enabled for your organization

What You Can Do​

Once connected, the AI can query your HubSpot CRM data during chat conversations — for example, looking up contacts, companies, and deals to enrich responses and complete tasks. Tools are provided by HubSpot's MCP server and scoped to the access you grant during authorization.

Connecting HubSpot​

HubSpot is an organization-level integration, connected once via OAuth and shared with all members.

  1. Go to the Integrations page (under My Organization in your account menu at the bottom of the left navigation)
  2. Switch to the Shared tab (HubSpot is an organization-level integration)
  3. Find HubSpot in the available integrations list
  4. Click Connect
  5. You'll be redirected to HubSpot's OAuth authorization page
  6. Sign in to your HubSpot account (if not already signed in)
  7. Review the permissions Revelry Ai is requesting
  8. Click Grant Access to authorize the connection
  9. You'll be redirected back to Revelry Ai

Using HubSpot in Chat​

Once connected, the AI can access your HubSpot data during chat conversations when the HubSpot integration is enabled:

  1. Start or continue a chat
  2. Make sure HubSpot is enabled in the Chat Tools menu (under Integrations)
  3. Ask questions about your CRM data naturally

The AI will call the appropriate HubSpot tools, and you'll see tool execution cards showing what data was retrieved.

Managing the Connection​

To manage or disconnect your HubSpot integration:

  1. Navigate to Integrations
  2. Find your HubSpot connection on the Shared tab
  3. View connection status or disconnect the integration

Availability​

The HubSpot integration may need to be enabled for your organization. If you don't see HubSpot in your available integrations, contact your organization admin or Revelry Ai support.
