Release Notes — v1.5.0

October 15, 2026

View the full release notes

Your chats now keep running after you close the tab, and you can queue messages while the AI is still replying. The app has a new look that matches Revelry's brand. You can share artifacts with just your organization, link artifacts to other content, archive workflows you no longer use, and get notified when a workflow run finishes. Tools, Knowledge, and Projects each have a new overview page.

Chat

Chats keep running in the background

Your chats now run on Revelry Ai's servers, not in your browser. You can reload the page, close the tab, or open the same chat in another tab, and the AI keeps working. When you come back, the reply is there, and an interrupted response picks up where it left off.

The old limit of 25 tool calls per reply is gone, so the AI can finish bigger, multi-step tasks in one go. Long research and reporting tasks no longer get cut off by a dropped connection or a closed laptop.

Queue messages while the AI works

While the AI is still working on a reply, you can keep typing and sending. Messages wait in a queue, up to 10 per chat, and go out one at a time in the order you sent them. Each one is answered in full before the next is sent, so a follow-up thought or the next instruction never gets lost or talks over the reply in progress.

note

Message queueing may need to be turned on for your organization. Contact your Revelry Ai team to enable.

Easier to read replies

When the AI writes text between tool calls, it's now formatted properly, and its thinking collapses once it's done so the reply is easier to read.

Artifacts

Share with your organization only

You can now share an artifact with members of your organization only. When you click Share, you choose who can open the link: Members of your organization (the default) or Anyone with the link. Anyone outside your organization who opens an organization-only link is asked to sign in, and signed-in members go straight to the artifact in the app.

You can still make a link public when you want to share it with clients or partners, and you can switch an existing link between the two audiences without changing its URL. Public links now show a proper title and preview when pasted into Slack, email, or social media.

Learn more: Artifacts

Artifacts can now link to other artifacts, documents, and Skills using their in-app URLs. Those in-app links are removed on public share pages and in PDF and Google Drive exports, since readers there can't open them.

Tools, Knowledge, and Projects

Overview pages

Tools, Knowledge, and Projects each open on an overview page with quick stats and recent activity. Opening a project now lands you on a page that shows what's been happening in it: recent chats, artifacts, and documents.

Learn more: Projects

Agent version history

Every time an Agent is changed, a new version is saved. The Agent's detail page lists them under Version History, and you can open any version to see how the Agent was set up at that point. Each chat message also records which version of the Agent answered it, so you can trace any reply back to the exact setup that produced it.

Workflow completion notifications

When a workflow run you started finishes, you get an in-app notification and an email. A notifications bell in the top bar shows your unread count and opens the Notifications page. Workflow completion is the first notification type, with more coming.

Learn more: Workflow Runs

Archive and restore workflows

Archive workflows you no longer use from the workflow's edit page. Archived workflows drop out of your workflow list and the API, and their past runs stay viewable. Restore an archived workflow from the Archived tab to bring it back.

Collection management

  • Drag and drop files onto a collection's page to upload them straight into it.
  • Upload directly into an empty collection.
  • The upload window remembers the collection you used last.
  • Ask the AI to add documents to a collection or remove them, in any chat with Knowledge on. It can also list your organization's groups.
  • When the AI can't read a Google Drive file directly, a card under its reply lets you import it in one click. This now works for PDFs too.

Learn more: Collections, MCP Tools, Google Workspace

Sign in and mobile

One page for sign in and sign up

Sign in and sign up now happen on the same page, so new users and returning users start in the same place.

Learn more: Authentication

Mobile-responsive pages

Skills, artifacts in a category, Documents, Groups, and Project Webhooks now fit a phone screen. Key details show up front, and you can tap a row to see the rest.

A new look

Revelry Ai now uses Revelry's updated brand palette, so the app matches revelry.ai and this help site. Light mode pairs a paper background with carbon text and a gold accent, and dark mode keeps the same roles on carbon and obsidian. Every text and background pairing was checked for readability in both modes, so buttons, links, and status banners stay clear whichever mode you use.

note

Partner instances with their own branding keep their existing theme.

Fixes & Reliability

  • No more stuck replies. If a background task the AI starts fails, the chat tells you instead of waiting forever. If a connected app drops out, the AI reconnects and lets you know.
  • Long Skill results come back whole. Results from Skills and subagents are no longer cut off at 100,000 characters.
  • Re-inviting people works. Inviting someone who was invited or removed before resends or reactivates their invite with the role and groups you choose. If they're already an active member, you see a clear message.
  • More reliable workflows. Workflow steps can run longer, handle bigger tasks, and no longer fail when a step doesn't produce an artifact.
  • Large artifacts open smoothly. Very large artifacts no longer freeze the page, and deleted artifacts no longer cause errors.
  • Document upload fixes. Multiple documents process at the same time more reliably, and older .doc files are flagged right away instead of failing later.
  • Chats keep working when a model is retired. If the model a chat was using is turned off, the chat switches to an available model instead of failing.
