New Features
Microsoft 365 Integration
Connect your Microsoft 365 account to bring Microsoft services directly into your AI workspace. Once enabled, you can access and interact with SharePoint, Word, and Excel data through natural chat conversations — search documents, pull content, and work with your Microsoft data without leaving the platform.
Note: Excel support is currently limited to CSV import/export only. Formulas, pivot tables, and advanced Excel features are not yet supported.
Requires Azure Agent 365 Frontier Program enrollment and additional setup. Contact your Revelry Ai team to enable.

Reports & Artifacts, Reimagined
Reports are now a first-class artifact type in Revelry Ai. Generate polished, professional reports directly from chat — then share them, download them as PDFs, or refine them iteratively through conversation.
Previously, reports were only viewable via temporary URLs that expired after a short time. Now, reports live as persistent artifacts with shareable URLs that stay up-to-date as content changes. PDF downloads replace the old expiring-URL approach entirely.
Under the hood, artifact creation and updates — including reports — now use a dedicated AI subagent pattern. Each creation or update runs in its own isolated AI session, resulting in higher-quality outputs with full traceability.

Prompt Template Management in Chat
Create, update, and run prompt templates directly from your AI conversations — no need to leave chat to build or modify your templates.
- Create templates on the fly: Ask the AI to build a new prompt template based on your needs
- Update existing templates: Modify prompt content, settings, and integrations conversationally
- Run templates as tools: The AI can execute any prompt template mid-conversation and bring the results back

Mistral AI Model Support
Mistral is now available as an AI model provider, giving organizations more flexibility in choosing the right model for their needs.

VTT Transcript File Support
Upload and process VTT (video transcript) files in Knowledge. Ideal for making meeting recordings, webinars, and video content searchable and available to the AI.
Expanded Document Upload Limits
The maximum file upload size has been increased to 200MB, supporting larger documents, presentations, and media files.
Project Collections
Knowledge collections can now be organized at the project level, giving teams cleaner data management and more targeted AI context across their work.
The biggest change: new conversations automatically start with your project's collections pre-selected. This means the AI already has your team's relevant knowledge, documents, and data incorporated from the very first message — no more manually selecting collections before every chat.

Image Support in Prompts & Knowledge

Images can also be referenced directly in prompt templates, enabling richer, more visual workflows.

Expanded API Capabilities
New API endpoints for deeper programmatic integration:

Security & Audit Logging
Credential operations (creation, updates, and deletions) now generate a detailed audit trail, improving security visibility for organization administrators.
Workflow Builder Improvements
The workflow builder has been refined with usability improvements for a smoother experience when designing multi-step AI workflows.
UX Improvements
Redesigned Sidebar Navigation
The sidebar navigation has been completely redesigned and consolidated into a clean flyout menu accessible from the top of the sidebar. Organization switching, settings, account management, help, and chat are now all accessible from one unified place.
Navigation Renames
Sidebar labels have been updated to better reflect what these features do. Everything works the same — just under clearer names.
