Chat History
All your chat conversations are automatically saved. Click Chat History in the left navigation to see them.
Accessing Your Chats
The Chat History page lists every conversation you've had in the current organization, grouped by Today, This Week, and Older Chats. Use the search box to find a chat by keyword, and load more to page back through older conversations.
The Chat History link appears once you've had at least one conversation.
Opening a Previous Chat
When you open a chat:
- All messages and tool executions are preserved
- You can scroll through the entire conversation
- Source citations and tool activity remain visible
- Type a new message to continue the conversation
The AI maintains context from previous messages when you continue a conversation.
Cross-Chat Search
The AI can search your chat history from within a conversation. Ask about something you discussed before, and it can find the relevant chat, read it, and use that context, so you don't need to re-explain or dig through old conversations yourself.
- Access is read-only: a chat can look at your history, but it cannot post into other conversations
- Only your own chat history is searchable
Cross-chat search is enabled per organization by an administrator. Contact your Revelry Ai team if you'd like it turned on.
Archive Chats
To archive a chat you no longer need:
- Find the chat on the Chat History page
- Click the archive option on the chat
- The chat is removed from the list
Archived chats are not deleted, all data is preserved. Archiving is a way to keep your chat list clean without losing any conversation data.
